XXXII.— No law process shall be entered upon against this Society under any pretext whatever, by any member belonging to the Society. DISSOLUTION OF THE SOCIETY. XXXIII.— The Society may at any time be dissolved by the consent of three-fourths of the members in full benefit, testified by their signatures to the instrument of dissolution, and also by the written consent of every person for the time being receiving or entitled to receive any relief or benefit from the funds of the Society, unless the claim of such person be first duly satisfied, or adequate provision made for satisfying such claim. APPLICATION OF RULES. XXXIV.— The Committee shall have power to make any regulations they may deem beneficial to the Society, provided such regulations be not subversive of the Rules. Any case which may arise, and to which the foregoing Rules do not apply, shall be settled by a majority of two-thirds of the Committee, which decision will be final. FORE & SON, Market Square, Birkenhead. For the greater convenience of members requiring medicine, Mr. Fawcett (when possible) is prepared to dispense ordinary prescriptions whilst members or their messengers wait, and in strict rotation, between the hours of 6-30 and 8-0 each evening (Thursday excepted). When possible members should send their prescriptions in the day-time; the medicine will then be ready when called for, and will not interfere with the dispensing between the hours above named. Should medicine be lost or wasted through the accidental breaking of bottle or any other cause, a second suppiy can be obtained from the Society's chemists on payment of a fixed charge of 6d. The name of the Club is "THE PORT SUNLIGHT EMPLOYEES' HOLIDAY CLUB." 2. The object of the Club is to enable such employees of Lever Brothers Limited of Port Sunlight (hereinafter called the Company) as are eligible for membership, to qualify for a week's holiday, with wages, which the Company have expressed their intention to grant to members of the Club (subject to the rules thereof), between the months of May and September inclusive in every year, or any other period that the Company may hereafter appoint (hereinafter called the holiday period). Provided however that such expression of intention is to be deemed voluntary and in no way binding on the Company, and that their right to decline, without giving any reason, to grant any holidays whatever, or in any particular instance or instances, or otherwise to deal with their employees in such manner as they may think fit, is to remain unfettered ; and every member shall join the Club on this basis. 3. Every present and future male and female employee of the Company at Port Sunlight, who would not be granted an annual holiday in accordance with the Company's ordinary practice or regulations for the time being, otherwise than by being a member of the Club, shall be eligible for membership of the Club. No other person shall be eligible for membership. 4. Every employee, eligible as aforesaid, desirous at any time of becoming a member of the Club, shall sign a form which will be provided by the Company, authorizing them to make a weekly deduction — during membership — from his or her weekly earnings in accordance with the following scale, viz.:— 36/H24/20
