I am in receipt of your letter of the 5th instant, with reference to the success of the workers in the recent General Election in Spain, and shall have much pleasure in conveying the sentiments of your Council to their representatives when we next communicate with them. We are hoping that they will be attending the International Trades Union Congress, which is to be held in London in July next, when an opportunity will be afforded us of congratulating them personally.
