Dear Mr. Bell: INTERNATIONAL BRIGADE ASSOCIATION My Executive have received correspondence from Branches of the Union which have received circulars issued by the International Brigade Association concerning the position of Spanish Republican refugees in France. The Union is asked to send resolutions of protest to the French Embassy and make representations to the British Government, also support the International Brigade Association funds. I would appreciate your sending to me any information and observations on this matter so that I can report on the facts of the situation as accepted by the T.U.C.
