Dear Colleague, Spanish Conflict At the Special Meeting of the National Council of Labour held to-day, it was decided to summon a Joint Meeting of the National Executive Committee of the Labour Party, the General Council of the Trades Union Congress, and the Parliamentary Labour Party, to be held in Transport House on Friday next, (August 28th), at 10 a.m. It was also decided that a further meeting of the National Council of Labour should take place prior to the above Joint Meeting, and this will be held on Thursday next, August 27th, at 4 o'clock, in the T.U.C.
