Registered Office ST GEORGES HALL, WESTMINSTER BRIDGE ROAD. London, S.E.1 March 22nd 1937. Sir Walter Citrine, Trades Union Congress General Council, International Department, Transport House, Smith Square, LONDON, S.W.1. Dear Sir, SAILINGS OF S.S. "YORKBROOK". I have yours of the 19th instant with enclosures. On making enquiries I find that Mr. Schevenels is under a misapprehension. The "Yorkbrook" was under the British Flag until August 1935, when she was transferred to the Estonian Flag, which she still sails under (if afloat). She is owned by a man named Jacobsen, and is managed by the firm named in Mr. Schevenels letter, Messrs Chas. Strubin & Co., of 53, King William Street, London. Possibly this information will be of service. Yours faithfully, W.R.Spence General Secretary 292/946/11/110
