I am in receipt of your letter of the 4th instant enclosing cheque for £40 as a further donation to tne International Solidarity Fund on behalf of the Spanish seamen. I have pleasure in enclosing our official receipt for this amount and desire once again to thank you Executive for the generous way in which they have responded to the various appeals issued on behalf of the International Solidarity Fund.
