Thank you for your letter of the 15th June, advising us that a further eight packages of footwear have arrived at Garston for shipment to Rouen. We note that you are having these despatched by the C.W.S. "Progress", which left Garston yesterday for Rouen, and that you have instructed your Rouen depot to communicate with Mr. Schevenels re this shipment. Thank you also for arranging to send a Bill of Lading to Mr. Schevenels. We are communicating with the International Federation of Trade Unions today, also urging that they get in touch with your Rouen depot in order to give forwarding instructions.
