I. de Sol No. 461 28th December, 1936. Mr. Walter M. Citrine, Trades Union Congress General Council, Transport House, London S.W.1. Dear Comrade Citrine, INTERNATIONAL SOLIDARITY FUND. Many thanks for your letters of the 21st December (Raincoats) and 24th December. I carefully noted the expenses made on behalf of the International Solidarity Fund out of the fund you are keeping in London. I have also noted that the steamer S-S. "Rio Miera" will carry a first consignment of about 1,250 raincoats to Santander. I shall not fail to inform our Comrades in Santander and also announce the 2nd consignment. Yours fraternally, W. Schevenels, General Secretary.
