Dear Sir Walter, I send you herewith a copy of the resolution passed by this Committee on the report of Dr. Brook and Dr. Morgan on their meeting with yourself, Mr. Tewson, and Mr. Gillies. The documents mentioned in the resolution are already in your possession. I have been asked by members of this Committee to suggest to you most emphatically, the desirability of a deputation from this Committee meeting members of the National Council of Labour to settle the matters in question.
