Summary:David A. Brancaccio, co-host of PBS newsmagazine "Now," reports on the electoral campaign finance reforms in the U.S. The program features an interview with Scott Thomas from the U.S. Federal Election Commission. The second segment of the program contains an interview with businessman and philanthropist George Soros on his personal campaign and sustained financial efforts to defeat President George W. Bush's bid for re-election in 2004. The last segment of the program tells the story of four 9/11 widows and their struggle to create an independent overarching investigation to find out how did the 9/11 happened and who was responsible to protect the American lives, including the lives of their husbands.
